When you say coffee, is it black coffee? Or coffee with milk? Or doesn't matter what kind?

It won't matter what kind. For extra fat burning benefits, plain black coffee would be ideal if you're planning to do exercise in a fasted state.

I believe so! Most of these benefits come from the caffeine rather than the coffee itself.
