The time has finally come! Today the doors to the Momentum Membership open and I’m so excited to start helping all our new members improve their health, one habit at a time.

The pricing is as follows (all in US dollars):
Premium Newsletter
$6/month or $60/year for the weekly deep dive newsletter.

Level 1
$9/month or $90/year for access to all the membership content. The membership will launch with two pathways - a sleep improvement path and a foundations path. One new pathway will be added each month.
Each pathway includes a workbook with weekly homework and daily action steps. You’ll also receive resources such as habit trackers, book summaries, and podcast and book recommendations.
Level 2
$15/month or $150/year for access to all the membership content plus access to our exclusive Momentum community. This community will include forums to discuss your experience and progress with the various pathways, forums to discuss various topics related to health, a monthly book club, voting on the next pathway, Q+As with me, and an opportunity to be connected with like-minded people on a similar journey. This community will be on Circle.so.
Level 3
$120/month or $1200/year for exclusive 1-on-1 support from me. You will also have access to all the membership content plus the community.
When you sign up, I will send you a thorough questionnaire by email for you to fill out so I can get a clear understanding of who you are and what your health goals are. Then, I will draft a personalized habit plan. This will be a clear and actionable plan of systems and processes that will help you move towards your goals. You will likely have daily, weekly, and monthly habits, and the number of habits and their difficulty will depend on your personal situation. I will check in with you each week, via email or instant messaging in the community, to see how things are going and if anything needs adjusting. I can also support you to overcome any obstacles that may be impacting your ability to complete the habits. Every 6 weeks you will have the option to start a new habit plan.
Note: This will not include me creating meal plans or fitness programs. However, I will point you in the direction of suitable programs if needed. We will be focusing exclusively on your habits. If you’d like a personalized fitness program, I can create this for you at an extra cost.
(I will also be launching various fitness programs this year. E.g. At-home fitness for those 50+, At-home fitness for those 75+, gym fitness programs, and others).
There will be a 20% off launch discount for the first week of the launch (January 1-January 7) on all the tiers. The annual subscriptions will be 20% off the one-off annual price, while the monthly subscriptions will be 20% off for the first 3 months.
