What is the Momentum Membership?
The Momentum Membership is for anyone ready to take their health to the next level.
The core idea of this membership is to make health simple and straightforward; to cut through the confusion and overwhelm that exists, and to show you exactly what you need to do to achieve better health.
Joining the membership will help you move from the why to the how. We often know why we should do something, but it's the getting started, the motivation, and the self-discipline that is the hard part. This membership will help you understand how to make the changes necessary to improve your health, and it will make these changes easy for you.
The Momentum Membership is built on the idea of Kaizen habits - the Japanese method of building habits that translates to “good change” or, more specifically, “1% better, every day.”
We do this by implementing small processes and systems into our daily routine that will guarantee success in our habits.
You will be provided with readings, homework, and reflections, and I will point you to the valuable and trustworthy books, podcasts, and articles you should be consuming to enable you to become empowered in improving your health. Let me help you find what to pay attention to amidst the overwhelming noise of everything grabbing for your attention.
The Momentum Membership answers questions such as:
How do I stay motivated and disciplined to take care of my health?
How do I stay disciplined with my diet?
How can I lose these final stubborn pounds?
How can I become healthier when I am low on time and have no energy?
How can I better handle the process of aging?
How can I lead a more meaningful and balanced life?
How can I start sleeping better?
How can I find the time to exercise?
I have no motivation to exercise or eat well. What can I do?
What’s included in the Momentum Membership?
Pathways
The key feature of the membership is our pathways model. The membership contains different pathways you can go down, depending on what your goals are and how far along the journey you currently are.
These pathways will include:
General health (foundations)
Sleep
Meaningful living
Weight management
Mindfulness
Fitness
Nutrition
Stoicism
Starting a journaling practice
Goal setting
Creating a morning routine
These pathways are each a 30 day journey. You have access to all the information and resources you’ll need, and what you need to do on each of the 30 days is outlined. You are given simple, actionable steps that will take you on a 30 day journey to optimizing an aspect of your health. Then, after the 30 days, you can start on a new pathway. Or, if you find the pathway isn’t for you, simply pick a new one. You’ll have constant access to all pathways (with more being added regularly) so can pick and choose what you work on.
The pathways will include relevant resources such as templates, trackers, movement and nutrition plans, recommend reading, and much more. You will also be directed to other content - books, podcasts, documentaries, courses, and anything else that might be useful for you as you pursue your goal.
You will be supported with all the resources you need to create a meaningful change in your life.
(Note: I will be adding one new pathway each month. The membership will launch with a sleep pathway and a basic foundations pathway. The library will continue to build, with both new pathways and different levels of difficulty added to existing pathways).
Tiers
There will be 3 tiers:
Level 1: This level gives you access to the pathways and all the resources in the membership
Level 2: This level gives you access to everything plus an invite to the community
Level 3: This level gives you access to everything above, plus exclusive 1 on 1 support on a weekly basis
Membership Community - The Momentum Tribe
In levels 2 and 3, you will have access to the membership community - a group of other like-minded people on a similar journey.

What will I get with the level 3 1-on-1 support?
I created this level for people who want to go the extra mile and get more specific support.
You will have access to all the pathways, the community, and every other resource in the membership. On top of this, you will get exclusive support from me.
We will start with an in-depth questionnaire that I will email to you, which will help me get to know you and your goals.
Then, we will create a plan with systems and daily steps to make sure you reach these goals.
I will check in with you each week over email or instant messaging to make sure things are going well and to adjust if needed.
Who are you? Why are you qualified to run this membership?
At my core, I’m someone just like you: I’m looking to improve my health and happiness.
I spend pretty much every waking hour either learning about, thinking about, or experimenting with the best ways to lead a healthier and happier life.
Since I was young, I’ve always created systems to be the best at something. I made spreadsheets when I was 9 years old. When I was 10, I wrote reports on whatever topic was interesting to me at the time. I made PowerPoint presentations just for fun when I was 12. I always wanted to compile the knowledge I had into a system or some other easy-to-understand form. And I always did this just for myself.
In this quest to be the best I could possibly be, I started playing ice hockey. I was 14 years old at the time, a relatively latecomer to the sport. But I threw myself into it, spending hours every single day after school working on my skills and my fitness. If I wasn’t physically practicing, I was learning - watching documentaries, reading books, and doing research on the best way to become the best.
Now, I’m far from the best. However, I’m lucky to be able to represent New Zealand each year at the World Championships. But my pursuit in making this team was a journey of hard work. And it was during this endeavor that I fell in love with optimizing my health. I’d spend hours and hours researching, planning, and implementing. And I fell in love with the process - the exercise, the nutrition, the mindset.
Throughout this journey, I completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology with supporting papers in nutrition and sports psychology. I then went on to complete my Master of Science in Psychology.
I read 2 books per week, listen to about 5 podcasts each week, and read anywhere from 3-10 articles per day. I am constantly learning, experimenting, and iterating on how to be the healthiest and happiest I can be. I’ve been doing this relentlessly for 13 years.
And now, I’m sharing what I know with you. In my life, I frequently get approached by people asking for help or advice with diet, exercise, and health in general. I’ve become the go-to person for anything related to optimizing health. I want to be able to share my knowledge on a larger scale and help a greater number of people.
I’ve come to realize that people struggle to make meaningful changes in their lives because health is confusing and it appears challenging. I want to take the hard work out of health and make it simple.
Through this process, I’ve grown my email newsletter to 10,000 subscribers in just 12 months. My writing has been read by over a million readers worldwide. My approach to health resonates with a lot of people, and I want to bring all of this to you in a format that will support you to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
