My ultimate goal in life is to make health simple and accessible. I want to take the hard work out of health, for every life I touch.
I'm looking to complete some more qualifications (I currently hold a BSc and MSc) in order to provide a better service for you.

What this newsletter will include:
You will still continue to receive the free weekly habit
You will receive more in-depth information on the weekly habit (I try to keep the main email short, as long and dense emails can be off-putting) such as the science behind it, related articles, my experiences with the habit, and bonus tips and tricks
Ultra simple and healthy recipes that I have tried and tested
Exercise routines and tactics I have found to be particularly beneficial
Sneak peeks into upcoming ebooks - e.g. receiving them a chapter at a time before release
PDF templates, cheat sheets, trackers
New research, disseminated into simple and actionable information
Monthly challenges that I will embark on with you - with relevant trackers and templates if applicable
Obviously, all of this won't be included in each email, as that would be overwhelming. I will tailor what is included based on your feedback, what I am working on at the time, and any new information I have come across that week.
