Hello! This week, we’re taking a look at fasting and how best to implement it in our own lives. Fasting has almost endless benefits for essentially every aspect of your health. Therefore, I highly advocate for everyone fasting in some form. However, not every fasting protocol is right for everyone. It’s important to listen to your body both during and after a fast to see how you respond, and use this to find something that works for you.
